NARIMAN K. KIPSHAKBAEV - 90 YEARS ANNIVERSARY OF OUTSTANDING FIGURE OF THE KAZAKHSTAN WATER SCIENCE
Professor Nariman K. Kipshakbayev, one of the founders of the Interstate Commission for Water Coordination of Central Asia, celebrated his 90th anniversary on May 27.
He was awarded the Order of Otan (Order of Fatherland) – one of the highest awards of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
