Oygul Usmanova received a diploma of applied mathematics from the Tashkent State University, the Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Mechanism (1994). She also successfully completed a training course on accounting principles (2004).
Ms. Usmanova has been working at SIC ICWC of Central Asia since 1996. She is an Alternate Governor at the World Water Council (2023-2026). She has 25 years’ experience in international communications, developing and managing projects.
