ORGANIZATIONAL SETUP AND STRUCTURE

SIC ICWC is headquartered in Tashkent and maintains national branches in Kazakhstan and Tajikistan. SIC ICWC operates through these branches in collaboration with design, research, and other relevant institutions within the ICWC member countries.

The Director of SIC ICWC is appointed by the ICWC. SIC ICWC boasts a highly professional staff of 39 individuals, including 11 with academic degrees. Women comprise half of the Secretariat's workforce, with 4 holding academic degrees and 3 occupying top management positions.
