Model of hydrochemical composition of water for Amudarya river

A model of hydrochemical composition of water for Amudarya river has been developed. Currently this model is being tested for the Amudarya river sec-tions "Kerki-Darganata" and "Tyuyamuyun-Samanbay".

Operation principle:

• Model allows to assess hydrochemical composition of river water (by ions) and to calculate the sum of harmful ions and dissolved solids;
• Data adequacy is being assessed on the basis of calculated balance [in g/l and mg-eq.].
